supercompatible.dev provides automated compatibility testing services for Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers. The Service enables users to test their MCP server implementations against various MCP clients to ensure compatibility and identify potential issues.

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Subscription and Payment

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Authorize recurring charges for subscription renewals

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Refunds are provided in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by supercompatible.dev and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, but grant us a license to use such content as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Your Content

You are responsible for any MCP server configurations, test data, and other content you submit to the Service. You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit such content and that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws. We do not claim ownership of your content, but you grant us a license to process and store your content as necessary to provide the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. TEST RESULTS ARE PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES AND SHOULD NOT BE RELIED UPON AS THE SOLE INDICATOR OF MCP SERVER COMPATIBILITY.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUPERCOMPATIBLE.DEV SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless supercompatible.dev and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable member state, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

13. Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason. However, you acknowledge that by using the Service immediately after purchase, you may lose this right of withdrawal for digital content that has been fully performed. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU consumer protection laws.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
